Barbara Angelopoulou joined Avramopoulos & Partners law firm in 2005. While she focuses on corporate law, her practice involves providing legal advice to local and foreign companies on almost all aspects of Greek law, including drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements (such as leasing, supply, agency and distribution contracts, joint ventures, establishment and licensing of companies, compliance with regulations and legislation, participation in due diligence projects etc.). Barbara also handles complex litigation cases involving various labour, commercial and civil law matters. She is also active in the field of public tenders, assisting local and foreign companies in all stages of the respective procedures, including their representation before the competent Administrative Courts. Following the opening of the Greek telecommunication market to competition, she has been involved in the licensing procedure on behalf of local and foreign operators.
