Tina Kamilaki was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2003 and is qualified to appear before the Court of Appeals. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive experience in public works & contract law, public tenders, European Union law, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, trademarks & patents and civil law. Her expertise includes the drafting and negotiation of concession, partnership, long-term lease, project and financing agreements. Tina has also vast experience in the area of public procurement, advising both participants and strategic investors in their involvement in, and awarding authorities in their running of, tender proceedings, including concession and PPP projects. She also has experience of representing companies across a variety of industry sectors, in litigation arising from their entry into all types of commercial agreements, as well as civil law litigation, in particular tort, family law and succession disputes.
