Avramopoulos & Partners has successfully represented the Seller in the sale of the ex Club Med in Corfu. More specifically, we have advised the Austrian Shareholder of the Greek entity owning a 262 sq.m. property in the area of Dassia Corf u, Greece, where the first Club Med resort was previously located.

Our advice included conducting negotiations, drafting and signing of the agreements for the sale and transfer of the shares of the Greek entity to one of the most reputable and acknowledge d luxury resorts group in Greece and the Mediterranean. In order to ensure a smooth transaction, the change of ownership is agreed to be completed in the middle of 2020.
