Yanna N. Antonopoulou
Yanna joined Avramopoulos & Partners Law Firm in 2004 initially as a Junior Partner and eventually becoming a Partner. She serves as a legal advisor to subsidiary companies of various large domestic and multinational companies and she is also experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal advice to clients and drafting legal reports.
Yanna has extensive experience in timesharing, travel and leisure sectors and in resort development law. Between the years of 2000 and 2004, she was the in-house counsel and Legal Services & Human Resources Manager for RCI Greece S.A. In this capacity, she developed an in-depth understanding of the tourism industry in Greece, and in particular of the timeshare sub-sector, as well as hotel and resort development. During this time, she also dealt with corporate, contracts, litigation and consumer protection issues.
Yanna has represented hospitality clients in virtually every type of matter affecting their businesses for more than two decades, and she is specifically known for her experience in shared vacation ownership and club membership products.
She began her legal career working at the K. Th. Loukopoulos & Associates law firm (currently named “KLC law firm”) in Athens, Greece. In this position, she was an external legal advisor for AGET Heracles (a leading cement industry) as well as its subsidiaries and for RCI. Her main objective was to provide the companies with clear and accurate information about all legal matters concerning their day-to-day business.
