  • Provision of legal advice with regards to the sale of 100% of the shares of a company, to a leading Greek energy and construction group.
    The above client was the owner of two wind parks in the area of Peloponnese, Greece. The respective SPA regulated pending items regarding the licensing procedure but also promoted for a purchase price to be paid in the future as a percentage of the earnings, expected to arise from the energy production, per year of operation of the wind parks.
  • Provision of legal advice and services to an Italian company having undertaken the construction of the major part of the Transadriatic Gas Pipeline (TAP). 
  • Provision of legal advice to a leading multinational Norwegian enterprise and reputable manufacturer of solar energy/photovoltaic equipment, in connection with the licensing, construction and development of a fully-fledged solar energy production plant in Greece.
