In particular, a new system involving the use of digital cards to be checked upon starting and ending each day’s employment, has been introduced and we are providing advice on the actual implementation to the Company’s staff, including outsourced employees. 
  • Provision of legal advice and assistance in relation to the transfer of all the employees of Connect Business, in a newly established company, following the Separation and Transfer of the Connect Business. 
  • Provision of on-going legal advice to a U.S. listed client on employment contract termination and redundancy formalities and procedures in general, including severance package calculations including employment contracts’ revision. 
  • Provision of ongoing legal advice to an international hotel group on all aspects of labour and employment law, with special focus on employee dismissals, following COVID-19, in conjunction with benefits granted by the Hellenic Republic to the affected travel industries. 
  • Providing labor advisory services to a U.S. multinational company with presence in Greece with regards to several issues for working remotely on a permanent basis (including full home-based scheme and various blended schemes), as opposed to Covid-19 mandatory provisions, including amendments of the employment contracts in place, parental leave following recent review of the Greek legal framework, etc.

  • Provision of legal advice to a U.S. listed company with strong presence in Greece on various employment matters and consulting the company on the engagement of third country nationals as company’s executives, officers and Board members and applying for the issuance of their residence permits according to the new Immigration and Social Integration Code. 
    Provision of legal advice regarding Covid-19 related measures and in particular vaccination against Covid-19 and impact on employment relationships. 
  • Advice with reference to the transfer of employees following the acquisition of a company based in Europe with activities in Greece, as well as with reference to the warrant plan in place and the affect the above acquisition may have to the latter.
